Step 1: Open the Control panel and Choose: "Dates, Time, Languages, and regional options".
Step 2: Choose "Regional and language options".
Step 3: Under the "Languages" tab, check the box for "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai)". You might be promped to enter your Windows XP installation disc.
Step 4: You will now be promped to restart your computer. after doing so, please repeat steps 1 and 2 in order to complete steps 5-8.
Step 5: Under the "Languages" tab, click the "Details..." button.
Step 6: Click the "Add" button.
Step 7: Choose "Hebrew" under both drop-down menus.
Step 8: Confirm all open windows by clicking the "OK" button. You will now see a language bar at the bottom of your screen, which is your way of choosing the input language.
